Dinah heaves the woman out. Small, redheaded, and incredibly strong on the upper arms, the Black Canary rocks back into a seated position, pulling Or.. Barbara out, and into her waiting arms.
She seems OK. Tired and fight weary, but altogether OK.

Dinah gives her long enough to cough up the last bit of water, then slides herself to stand up, supporting Barbara under the arms, should she need them.
"Can you walk?" she asks, a hint that they need to get out of here.
